What to eat in Sapporo, Hokkaido

As a subcategory in the “What to do in Sapporo” post, here’s a list and compilation of things and places you have to go eat when in Sapporo! I’ve previously written a few posts going over Sapporo’s famous food and places I recommend. This list will link to those posts, as well as other places I highly recommend for food in general. To be constantly updated!

A special shoutout to Seicomart, a Hokkaido-exclusive convenience store. While I don’t recommend constantly eating at convenience stores while you’re in Japan, check out Seicomart’s collection of items and Hokkaido-unique flavors. A particular draw is Hot Chef, their in-house hot-food selection of giant onigiri, zangi cups, katsudon, among others.
